Conference Facilities
Our in-house conference facilities are flexible and affordable, whether you have anywhere from half a dozen to 80 people depending on room configuration. We supply you with:
- A TV
- Video
- DVD player
- Overhead projector and screen
- Flip chart
- Whiteboard

Catering
We can offer a variety of different menu options for you to choose from for your group. These can be in the form of working lunch in the conference room, or it can be served in Albert’s Restaurant. Continuous coffee and tea are included with all catering packages. Anything from a simple morning or afternoon tea to rib fillet steak or local barramundi!
Conference Policy
Reservation and Confirmation
When a tentative booking is made, written confirmation is required within 14 days this can be either posted, faxed or emailed. Venue Management reserves the right to cancel your booking if confirmation is not received and also reserves the right to reallocate the venue to any other client.
Confirmation of Numbers
Confirmation of the number of guests is required not less than 48 hours prior to the function. Venue Management reserves the right to change in accordance with the number of guests advised, or to review the rate charged should the attendance be substantially less.
Final Details
Information such as Menus, Room set up and any miscellaneous requirements would be appreciated at least 7 days prior to your conference. At this time we would also appreciate advice as to which items are to be invoiced to your account and those to which the delegates are directly responsible.
Payment
Payment terms for conferences and other functions are fourteen (14) days from issue of account.
